MATERIALS SUBMISSION I agree to submit all requested materials for The Party Line on or before the due date designated by The Montage Queen, including (i) any information needed by The Montage Queen regarding the purpose of montage/guest of honor, and (ii) all photo/video responses to The Party Line prompts saved in the designated Dropbox folders. If I do not submit the requested materials on or before the due date, I understand that The Party Line montage may be delayed past the initial delivery date. RETAINER FEE If I reserve The Montage Queen’s services for a date equal to or later than four months or later, I hereby agree to deliver the non-refundable retainer fee of $150 of the total cost promptly upon receipt of the invoice detailing such reservation. OWNERSHIP OF FINAL PRODUCT Upon confirmed receipt by The Montage Queen of payment in full, I may duplicate and distribute such property as I determine in my discretion. MUSIC RIGHTS I understand that The Montage Queen is not responsible for acquiring rights for any music used in the montage. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for acquisition of such rights required for any public showing that includes music owned by a third-party. PAYMENT I hereby agree that payment of $390 is due upon receipt of the post-consultation recap email which sets forth the initial details of my montage. To the extent that there are more than 10 guests used in the final product, the additional payment of $15 per added guest shall be due and payable upon delivery of the requested montage. Thank you!
