If I do not submit the requested materials on or before the due date, I understand that my montage may be delayed past the initial delivery date. RETAINER FEE If I reserve The Montage Queen’s services for a date equal to or later than three months or later, I hereby agree to deliver the non-refundable retainer fee of $300 of the total cost promptly upon receipt of the invoice detailing such reservation. MUSIC RIGHTS I understand that The Montage Queen is not responsible for acquiring rights for any music used in the montage. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for acquisition of such rights required for any public showing that includes music owned by a third-party. NOTES/REVISIONS I understand that after the first cut is delivered, I may request up to two revisions. Upon completion of the second round of permissible revisions, any additional revisions requested will require a charge of $195. No rounds of revisions may exceed 15 changes. OWNERSHIP OF FINAL PRODUCT Upon confirmed receipt by The Montage Queen of payment in full, I may duplicate and distribute such property as I determine in my discretion. FINAL PAYMENT I agree to submit final payment to The Montage Queen within 24 hours of approval of final product. Rights to video remain property of The Montage Queen until confirmed receipt of final payment. I understand I may not distribute, share or allow for viewing at any event, public or private, until the ownership of the video montage transfers to me.
